PRIVACY & DATA
Privacy Notice
This notice explains how NEW HEMP handles personal information when you browse this website, ask a question or request fabric samples.
Effective and last updated: 2026-08-111. Who is responsible
NEW HEMP is operated by Zhejiang Lujin Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (浙江绿锦纺织科技有限公司).
Registered office: Area 2, Room 701, Building 8, No. 199 Chuangyi Road, Keqiao District, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China. Unified Social Credit Code: 91330621MA29CWAR6K.
Privacy contact: [email protected]
2. Information we handle
- Inquiry details: company, contact name, work email and country or region, plus any optional project, quantity, timing, contact or message details you choose to provide.
- Sample details: selected fabric articles, reference colours and the related product snapshot at the time of submission.
- Submission context: a deduplication key, consent record and limited source information such as campaign name, landing path and referring domain when available.
- Optional first-party analytics: a random identifier, broad device type and whitelisted page, product and interaction events. The application does not place advertising trackers or intentionally record IP addresses, full URLs, form contents or full user-agent strings in its analytics database.
- Hosting and security providers may process technical request data, including network addresses, to deliver and protect the service.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential design information that is not needed for the fabric discussion.
3. Why we use it
- to answer an inquiry and take steps toward a potential supply relationship;
- to prepare, confirm and follow up on a sample request;
- to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions and secure the service;
- to keep business records and meet applicable legal obligations; and
- only when you choose “Allow analytics,” to understand aggregate website and fabric interest so we can improve the site.
Depending on applicable law, these activities rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, and consent where consent is required. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated advertising.
4. Local storage and privacy choices
Essential browser storage remembers your sample basket, a safe retry key for a submitted form, and your privacy choice. Optional analytics storage is created only after you allow analytics. The analytics identifier and first-touch source expire after 30 days. You can reopen “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time.
5. Service providers and international processing
The site uses Cloudflare Pages for website delivery and Cloudflare D1 for inquiry and optional first-party analytics records. Cloudflare Turnstile may be enabled on inquiry forms to distinguish legitimate submissions from abuse. If Turnstile is enabled, it may process the technical request and interaction data needed for that security check. Resend processes the inquiry email needed to notify our team after the inquiry has been recorded in D1. These providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your country or region. We limit the information shared to what is needed for hosting, security and notification delivery. Their published privacy and security terms govern their processing; contact us if you need more information before submitting the form.
The inquiry form asks for a separate acknowledgement of this overseas processing before submission. If you prefer not to use the form, you may contact us directly by email.
6. How long we keep it
- Optional first-party analytics events are deleted after 90 days.
- Inquiry and sample records are kept while the request or business relationship is active. Our inquiry owner reviews them and deletes or anonymises them when no longer needed, using the status, last follow-up, transaction, legal-duty and dispute record as the retention criteria. This review is an operational process rather than a fixed automatic deletion schedule.
- Replay-prevention challenge records become eligible for automatic deletion after three hours. Cleanup runs when the database initializes and when inquiry submissions are processed.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, copy, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the data protection authority that applies to you. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
Email [email protected] and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
8. Sharing, sale and automated decisions
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with staff and service providers who need it for the purposes above, or when required by law or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable law. We do not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects using solely automated processing.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business fabric website and is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child.
